I scheduled a 20K service for my XTrail. Reception was nice and very pleasant. I mentioned some chassis noise and that the power tailgate did not extend all the way. Car was ready the following day, and again, very nice woman greeted and took care of me, saying that no reason was found for the chassis noise. No mention of the power tailgate, which I discover was not attended to until I hit my head…again due to it not lifting all the way. Price was quoted at about $140, actual was about $260…a considerable difference, that was explained as a cabin filter…which I think is part of the 20 K service list.

Very helpful. Knowledgeable and caring. At times, careful in providing top of line mechanical service. This has to be improved and maintained. At times, costly repairs for basic work.
